Kies je hotel in Cagayan

'Basic lodging. Comfortable bed. I asked the front desk staff if I could check in early but she said my room wasn’t ready and I would have to pay a fee for early check in. I told her to let me know when my room was ready bc I waited in the lobby. I waited 2 hrs in the lobby and my room was ready but front desk personnel didn’t inform me as I sat and waited in front of her. 'Good service'

'Not recommended, super smells and the bathrooms is so small and dirty. Shower broken…bed are not that great, towels are so dirty not white anymore too old'

'Water pressure in the washroom was so low. Smell was bad in the washroom. In other word sanitation was bad.'

The bathroom reeked of urine and I found out that there was a leak from the toilet going to the bathroom drain when you flush. The stench was unbearable. The sink is out of alignment from the sink and draining into the bottom of the stairwell. The bed linens smelled liked they were not washed. The AC was noisy and made it unbearable to...

'The place needs renovations. It looks so old inside. '

'There's no parking area in the building so i don't recommend it.'
