'The KY State Resort Parks ROCK! Kenlake Lodge is well maintained, and the rooms spacious and clean. The staff are super friendly and personable. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the view of the lake is beautiful. The food is quality at super reasonable prices! The booze may not be top shelf but you aren’t paying top shelf! 'I live in Mayfield and we lost power for almost 2 days due to a bad storm. The hotel was amazing to us. We had a clean and comfortable room and the employees were so kind! I thought we were going to have to stay a second night but when our electricity came back on, they allowed us to cancel for the second night with no charge and allowed us to check out late. We greatly appreciate everything they did for us!'

'I was only there a night — when I checked in I was told I could use the side door that would be closest to my room with the key card but that door was always locked any time I tried to use it — my room had a weird smell and I’m pretty sure one of the lamp shades had mold or something on it — it’s a safe location though — I only saw the staff when I checked in and when I left — the continental breakfast could use some work — no hot food at all'

We saw and heard lots of different wildlife. Enjoyed playing cornhole. Had a wonderful dinner and live music show at Breakers Marina nearby. The owners were very kind and accommodating.
