'Just a one night stay. Nice staff, arrived late with no problem. Good breakfast, but it ends at 9:30. No pancakes? Room was good, but shower did not seem like it was cleaned. We almost always like Holiday Inn Express. This one was comfortable, and met most of the standards that keep us coming back.'

'The hotel and room was very dated and in need of comprehensive rennovation: carpets were worn, halls had a stale odor, external doors to stairs were not locked (security concern), staff was not adequately trained in check-in process. The room was reasonably clean and functional, but the bath tub did not have any traction surface and was a slipping hazard.
