'Quirky from the outside but nice inside. Comfortable and clean. We were in a room next to the pub so we didn’t have any noise except from guests using the hot tub and they quieted about 930. Only issue we had was it was warm so we wanted the windows open but the staff used the space by our window as a smoking area. We were able to open after they left for the night. Small nice kitchen with convenience store across the street that had basic groceries for all meals. '

'Great location for getting around. Room was really spacious and liked the communal kitchen. Staff were very helpful and brought my wife’s glasses to our room after leaving them in the bar. Nice place '

'The hotel, bar, restaurant and breakfast were all excellent. The only negative experience we had was that we had a room (102) close to the reception and bar. After midnight we heard a lot of people talking very loud (I guess after the bar closed). Sadly the staff did not tell them to keep their voices down. It continued for at least half an hour and kept us awake. Otherwise our stay would have been perfect. '

'Cathy is a super host! She made us feel very welcomed. The property is very cute. Her breakfast offerings are fantastic. We had a faux pas with the guest washing machine and she graciously assisted late in the evening and had our laundry back to us by morning. '

'Visiting family for Easter with 8 of us. House was spacious and well equipped. Needed for nothing and good supermarkets nearby. Nice quiet estate. Communication was perfect. Only fault I would give was front driveway could do with a pressure wash.Thanks for the stay, we would definitely book again. '
