'Mooi gelegen hotel langs onze roadtrip aan de oostkust. We waren met drie personen en hadden een kamer met dubbele bedden geboekt. De kamer zelf was boven verwachting ruim en compleet. Wat wel tegenviel was de staat van de bank, daar zakte je half doorheen, en de vloer was plakkerig en vochtig. Mogelijk iets met de aurco of overnatig zeepgebruik bij schoonmaken. Helaas iets waar we pas achter kwamen nadat we ons hadden gesettled. Omdat we maar één nacht bleven hebben we dit door de vingers...

'We were never informed that they had planned a roofing company working on the roof every day at 7:am until 5pm the entire week. It was cold outside so we listened to the ponding of nails all day long. Also they had someone with a security shirt walking around outside and taking pictures of everyone’s cars.'

'I visited in the off-season, but being in a hotel on the water was fantastic. I caught two beautiful sunsets the weekend I was there, and from the back parking lot of the hotel, you can walk to the embankment of yard where it meets the Bogue Sound. My hotel room was great; breakfast was good. My only minor issue is that the pillows were not as solid as some others I've slept on at Hilton/Hampton hotels, but that's an easy fix: bring your own pillows. I shouldn't have assumed they'd be the same...
