'Beautiful cottage, very clean, big enough for 2 people, c/w pull-out sofabed if required.
Walking distance to local town ~15mins, all uphill.
You have to drive to Monsanto though, another 10 mins away.
The driveway to this cottage is very, very narrow - you can only drive 1 vehicle at a time, not for the inexperienced nor faint of heart. It is NOT a one-way system either, beware.'

'A casa é muito linda, bem equipada e muito confortável! Numa localização muito boa. Penha Garcia é uma aldeia muito bonita e perto de outras, como Monsanto. Sandra foi muito atenciosa e nos recebeu muito bem. Adoramos nossa estadia, só gostaríamos de ter ficado mais. Recomendamos muito!'

'We absolutely LOVED staying here!!! The apartment was clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you could possibly want for a comfortable stay. The town was positively beautiful and peaceful. If you want to feel like you’ve truly experienced Portugal, you should definitely stay here. We have been traveling by car for a month and the owners very modestly claim that they don’t have a private parking space BUT you can park along the chapel RIGHT next to the apartment or at the public...
