Very tasteful upgrades done to the entire hotel and the breakfast buffet was superb. Being able to walk to the nearby shops and restaurant is why I come back. 'The hotel is very comfortable in the centre of Pucon but just outside the restaurant area so no sound at all. Safe area. Very comfi, big beds, good shower. Breakfast is excellent and service great. Very helpful with booking tours and advising about the area. All in all very good value for money. The only thing we didn't particularly like is that we had to move rooms for our third night.'
