'The title suggests a hotel. It is not. It is a single rental in a residential apartment. That means no staff except an over-worked and confused front desk guard. And you make all the residents uncomfortable. I sometimes do stay in such arrangements buildings. This time I was exhausted and wanted a hotel and found myself dealing with a blizzard of weird rules and a confusing separate check in system. Room itself is a little depressing, but the rooftop is nice. The spa facilities are nice but time...
