'Gavin’s Point Lakehouse was above and beyond expectations! They really have everything you need and more, from the bigger items to the smallest details. We had family coming from Nebraska and some from South Dakota. It was so great to have such a nice place to call home for the weekend! Highly recommend - great place, great communication, very clean! 'We absolutely love this cabin. We have celebrated my birthday weekend at this little piece of heaven for two years in a row! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. The check in process is super easy. Communication with the owner was great. The cabin is kind of hidden and tucked away which is great for privacy and sitting on the porch enjoying the wildlife. 'We booked this house for a little get together for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The communication with the renters was wonderful, the house was so comfortable and beautiful. We will be renting again when we make our way to town!'

'Perfect location for attending a downtown wedding. Everything inside the unit was clean and modern. Hallways/stairway leading to the unit were a little shabby and not the cleanest. There are quite a few stairs to reach the unit, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely stay again for a downtown Yankton event.'
