'Communication wias great, place was easy to access, undercover parking, good amount of supplies ie coffee, tea, cereal, milk etc. Bed was comfortable, large ceiling fan and everything you could need was there. Very pleasant experience.'

'We had couple of days of nice and tranquil time watching the birds play around the trees as we were looking for some time to chill. The accommodation is very well setup and clean. 'We were so happy to have chosen Michelle’s beach house for our long weekend getaway- it had everything we could have wanted: ample dishes/cookware, quality linens, and we really appreciated the beach towels as the kids were in and out of the water all day. The house is so cosy and beautifully decorated, it felt like staying in a friend’s home rather than just a rental. 'Just spent 10 days staying here on the Central Coast for my daughters wedding. We had several relatives stay with us and this was an ideal choice. Great views of Brisbane Water, so close to train station and just an hours drive from Sydney. Owner was easily reachable via text and we exchanged messages several time. They even provided a brand new grill for us to host a Wedding Rehearsal meal. Thank you so much for your kindness, would recommend and certainly will stay again.'

'The accommodation is spacious and clean. Overall, the living environment is comfortable. However, the weather in our accommodation is a little hot these days, but there is no air conditioning in the bedroom area on the second floor. There is only one shower and sometimes we have to wait in line to take a shower.'

'The house has been expertly renovated and is a great place to stay for exploring the Central Coast. We found it quite difficult to find initially as it is located behind another house, and Umina itself is not at all "touristy", but once we got over those two issues we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
