'Overall Rating: 4.5/5 – Excellent Stay! Our overall stay was absolutely excellent! I booked several rooms for a week, and while there were a few minor issues on the first night, the team corrected them quickly and professionally. 'Feels like travelling back to the seventies. Loved it.'

'Pour mon premier séjour professionnel à Yaoundé, j'ai vraiment apprécié le Medom Palace ! Une équipe souriante et à l'écoute, et la suite est très agréable et bien équipée pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Je recommande à 300%, et je sais déjà où je vais réserver pour mon prochain déplacement sur Yaoundé => au Medom Palace !'

'Elevator did not work when we were there (room located on floor 3). Spa was OK but with terrible noise (works ongoing), making the whole experience sour. Receptionist with poor service manners insisted on asking us to pay additional fees (when we booked online and paid most taxes online). We ended up adding $5 in cash to the overall invoice. Trick of the day : they fined us $18 for losing the (plastic) room keycard - which probably is left somewhere in the bedroom.'

'The hotel is currently a construction site, under renovations. The advertised gym does not exist.'

'It's hard to find a place in Yaounde that is quite. But this place is. The pool was clean, the apartment was great, and the staff were all unusually helpful. Service with a smile. I definitely recommend this place to other guests.'

'Clean room, excellent location closed to everything. Hotel has security 24h/24 and easy to move around due to location on major road. I enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and the local seasonal fruits in my bedroom as welcome gift The beignets in the restaurant were delicious. Great hotel will definitely go there again, The room was clean with Ac working well. Very quiet and was perfect for my short stay.'

'The room was very clean and the staff were always helpful and polite, great environment.'

'Comfortable Hotel to stay in. Wel equipped. Nice personel. Friendly people. Transport to the airport.'
