'We rented this lovely loft to stay in whilst we attended our daughter's graduation ceremony in Binghamton. It was a short, busy trip and I left wishing we'd had more time to enjoy the property. It is a beautiful setting with great amenities inside and out. Lucinda was super communicative, readily available, but also incredibly helpful and friendly. I would give her 6 stars if I could. 'A wonderful stay in very pleasant accommodations. Beds were comfortable, amenities are great!. We had a question about the tv, called the host and he was quick to reply with helpful suggestions A beautiful setting, in a quaint town, but you felt like you were in the woods. Highly recommend!'

'Pulled in a 1am, slept and out again by 9am. Beds comfy, everyone had fresh linens, very clean. Only little worry was getting out of the parking area with trucks and trailers. The road isn’t busy, but people fly. '

'We had a group of 11 that stayed here while our sons played at Cooperstown. The house is beautiful and in a great location. There is plenty of room in the home to gather as a group, or just hang out for some quiet time. The owners were great and checked in with us a couple times during the week. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a VRBO in the Cooperstown area. '

'We had a really great visit to Cooperstown recently and a huge part of that included staying at this property. The purpose of our trip was to watch our sons play at Dreams Park. You can't beat the close proximity of this house to the park. When entered into Google Maps it only takes 6 minutes. This made it perfect for bouncing back and forth between games if needed. 'The photos don’t do this place justice! Such a peaceful & well equipped property!! They literally thought of everything and there was plenty of room for our group of 20 people. Easy drive to CDP and the owners were incredibly helpful & responsive. We hosted the entire team for dinner one night & the other kids asked their parents why they couldn’t stay there too!! 'The location of this place was ideal. Easy to get to the park and back especially with checking on pet or dodging the heat. It’s literally 1/2 mile to lot F (busy days) and essentially 3/4 to lot E or 1 mile to main entrance. Many restaurants are within walking distance — Dunkin or Muddy Water for morning coffee, DQ for ice cream after hot ballpark day and Sloans for dinner. The house is clean and basic.
