We went to the front desk and asked to which they replied..."we don't have pillows" How is that possible? When we used the pool on Saturday no one had been in to clean since the night before. A entire basket full of dirty towels, pool was dirty, and random items in the pool (floaties) trash on all the tables. When we went to ask for towels for the pool. They also said they didn't have...
