'Check in was a breeze. Quick and painless. It was nice to park right outside your room. Room was ok. Needs updating but was ok. Worst part of the room was the placement of the air conditioner. It was just a couple of feet from the bed so it blew on the bed. Not good for most people. Even worse for people with arthritis and other health issues.'

Was traveling with 2 children, 12 & 13 and they enjoyed the pool and hot tub, however the chlorine smell was very strong. The bike bath right across the street was great and the ability to rent bikes basically in the parking lot was an added bonus (we brought our bikes, so didn't need to rent them)'

'First night took 20 min to check in because no staff at the front.?! The next morning I asked a staff if I could purchase tooth paste. He gave me some packets for free, that was nice. 'I took my 2 14 year-old grandsons on an adventure to the NiobrarA and stayed in the Spruce cabin for two nights. Heartland elk Ranch is very private, quiet, and beautiful! The fact that they also provide all of the necessary floating equipment for the river is a big plus! 'The Bunker House was an enjoyable place to stay with friends. Being a few steps underground, there were some bugs, and it's a little dark. Overall it was very comfortable!'
