Visitors are advised to confirm with respective hotel on issues like checkout time ,airport pickup/drop and complimentary breakfast as they may vary from your understanding while booking on sites like hotels.com as they are ambiguous and misleading. I have personally experienced above issues but front office staff addressed them. '

'The hotel staff including those at receotion, restaurant, and room service were very warm and courteous. They went our if rhe way to make us feel welcone and took care of our every need. The room was clean and immaculate. Only thing missing was soap at the sink. Plenty of water bottles were provided. Service was always prompt. Also appreciate the tea and packed breakfast prepared for us at 5.00 am!!! The care and comfort provided made our stay in Bilaspur enjoyable and memorable. '
