'We were in town for a 2 day swim invite at Luther College and this worked perfectly for us. It was just a 0.7 mile walk to the pool or a couple minute drive so easy to get back to between sessions. The apartment was decorated very nicely, had comfortable beds & the kitchen was stocked nicely with coffee pods & snacks. '

'We had an amazing, peaceful, and private stay—just what we wanted! The location was great and very close to everything decorah has to offer! The fall colors were beautiful and definitely showing off for us. We ended up using the air mattress to sleep on and that worked out really well for us as the back of the futon wasn’t very comfortable, but great for sitting! We were never able to find the trails that led down to the bottom of the Quarry, but that’s ok. We didn’t need to talk to the owners...

'A perfect place, centrally located, and lots to do in the Decorah area. The house had everything we needed, and it was very clean and comfortable. The hosts, Amy and Jackson, were very responsive, and check-in was effortless. I highly recommend this property. If you are adventurous, you can drive up to “Pikes Peak” State Park in McGregor, Iowa, with its breathtaking views of the Mississippi River. 'Host was very responsive. Extremely easy check-in/check-out. Quiet, simple and right in the heart of the town. Walking distance to everything. The stairs are very narrow and steep but there are handles and small landings on each floor that make it easier to navigate. Parking is in the alley behind the building but it was a very short walk to the main door. It was clean and perfect for a short stay. '

'It was such a lovely and cozy home. I loved that the home owner used the last 4 digits of my phone number as the access code. It was a fantastic location and was 7-10 minutes from every single thing we did in Decorah. My only word of caution is Uber did not seem to work in Decorah and Taxis stop early. Be prepared to drive yourself. The home itself was fantastic and my group of friends and I hope to rent it annually. '
