'Not clean. The pillows were like a bunch of rags in a pillowcase, I had some type of bug bites on me all over my arms and face. I called the property to ask if there were bedbugs, they said "nobody has said anything" and when I asked for a follow up call he said "sure" and hung up the phone. Very noisy from the floor above me. I called down to the front desk and they must have said something because it did quiet down at least. But one week later I'm still dealing with itchy'

'My book club (all 50) rented Grandpa's Pool House and had a ball. We did all things 70s and the house was a great fit for our tator tot hotdish meals, shrinky dink crafts and Sloe Gin Fizz drinks. We had a couple hiccups with our stay, and the host and property manager responded immediately and made everything right. '
