'Goede service, vriendelijk personeel, gratis shuttle naar downtown. Wij hadden via het hotel een taxi geregeld vanaf het vliegveld naar het hotel. Bij aankomst werden we lelijk opgelicht door de taxichauffeur. De manager heeft dit voor ons keurig opgelost door het teveel betaalde geld aan ons te vergoeden + bij onze terugreis een gratis taxivervoer naar de luchthaven aan te bieden. Klasse!'

'Comfy Apart Hotel is now my favourite place to stay in Lebanon. Everything was EXCELLENT. The property is very nice, the rooms are spacious, and many have a balcony as well. You have everything you need there - the AC works well, no issues with electricity, there is a gym downstairs. The staff are incredibly helpful and really tended to everything we needed during our stay. We loved it!! We will continue to stay here when we visit Beirut. '

'Dit is het beste hotel waar ik heb verbleven in Beiroet. Iedereen is heel behulpzaam en aardig. De kamer is letterlijk perfect. Personeel staat altijd open voor hulp. Internet en airco zijn ook aanwezig en dat was heel fijn. '
