'Perfect, we've stayed at the Mermaid House before and are already planning a trip or two for next year. Chris, the host is quick and easy to communicate with. House is well appointed, pretty much everything you need for a stay. The pool is my favorite, listening to nature, floating with a cocktail, you can't beat it. The tiki bar is also amazing! Plenty of room, house is kept spotless and has beautiful finishes inside. '

'We had a wonderful stay! The communication was great!!! I was thinking that the pool would be cold considering the indoor pool and one of the prior comments, but that was not the case. The pool was perfect. We live in Florida so I was delighted to be able to go into the pool and not be exposed to a ton of sun beating down on us. 'Excellent getaway for a scalloping trip! Rented a boat at nearby marina & enjoyed time with family & friends.'

'We had a great time. Was in a good location and the home and surrounding area was very nice. Had a nice elderly neighbor guy to talk to. Kayaking was fun and wven saw a manatee. Will hopefully be back!'

'Perfect for our family. Very clean. Easy access to the river with dockage, pool was nice to relax in after being on the water all day. Kitchen is large and huge pantry which was great. We had a toddler and the house had a high chair, packnplay and toys and the yard is fenced on the waterside which was an added plus. Would definitely stay here again! '

'We stayed for a week. So much to do so much fun. The kids never wanted to leave the property. We swam with manatees, paddleboarded, kayaked, fished ,crabbed, went boat riding, ate only one night out at the Margaritta Grill..it is a must do. And came home exhausted, but so full of memeories made! Justin is amazing and so very nice, the house is in a perfect spot even for 4th of july crowds. Thank you for sharing your home!'

"Het hotel (of motel?) heeft bij lange na de uistraling niet die op de foto's staan. Het verkeert in mindere staat, het is niet schoon en het is erg vochtig in de kamer. Personeel is wel erg vriendelijk. Extra handdoeken of andere vragen/verzoeken worden keurig behandeld. Het is geen hotel om meerdere nachten met gezin te verblijven."
