'Awesome property- very well appointed, lots of beds and rooms, great outdoor space and hot tub. TV is a bit old, no ability to cast your phone or use apps like Netflix, but that is the only (minor) gripe i could find. Highly recommend this place for larger groups...'

'This was my first ever trip to Scotland, because we were coming up for a concert in Glasgow so we decided to stay at the Vu. We both had a lovely time. The Vu is incredibly quiet yet scenic with beautiful views, I’d highly recommend everyone to stay. Didn’t want to leave and already looking forward to coming back! Thanks so much :)'

'A delightful old building, converted into nine apartments over three floors. We stayed on the second floor in room number 6, which was very spacious and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed. Sadly, we were a week early for the coffee shop opening on the gound floor. It was a pleasure to meet and chat to Kamila, one of the business owners.'

'The property is a fully equipped bungalow style home on a big piece of land. The only noise is the animals flying, crawling or walking around. So quite. The single track can be a challenge with oncoming traffic and the lack of indication that someone is approaching. Some nice conversations with the owner and additional supplies of towels or (bed / kitchen) linnen. Overall a nice starting point to explore the surrounding area from Fort William (with Ben Nevis mountain), Glencoe, Falkirk...

'Lovely new property - had everything you needed and very spacious. Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). Fabulous stay and would love to come back!'

'This was an absolutely perfect stay for our trip. The property within and of itself is well-kept, clean, quiet, and extremely convenient for sightseeing and easy access to transportation. If I do return to Falkirk I would definitely stay here again.'

"Very friendly, clean and welcoming hotel. Lots of parking space and a excellent restaurant with a cosy bar.. Although close to the airport a good connection could be made with the Edinburgh city-center via public transport or car. Room was spacious and well kept with a proper bed to sleep. This hotel is well worth the money with a shopping-mall close by, although transport is needed to reach as a main road has to be crossed. The breakfast was not enjoyed as we were on our way early, but as airline crew are also staying here it should have a certain standard."

"Formula 1-achtig hotel, dus eenvoudig, en goed genoeg als je niet komt voor luxe. Toilet en douche op de gang. Aangrenzend twee restaurants en aan de overkant een pub. Er is ook een selfcatering kitchen, dus als je koffie wil maken, brood wil roosteren of een ready meal in de magnetron stoppen, dat kan allemaal. Bestek, serviesgoed en koelkast aanwezig. Gesitueerd in de driehoek Gasgow/Stirling/Edinburgh."
