Kitchen has limited cookware and cooking utensils, but what was provided was in good condition. Limited refrigerator space with a dorm-sized fridge/freezer, so plan accordingly. No closet space to hang clothes up, just a few hooks in the bathroom. Definitely bring your own bedding including blankets. Nice quiet area and friendly neighbors. We would definitely stay here again.'

'My family and I stayed here for a few days for a High School fishing tournament on Dale Hollow. We could not have been more pleased. The home was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was located just a short drive away from Sunset Marina (where we were launching from). Had a new HVAC that kept us comfortable. We loved the big wrap around deck. Our two teen boys had plenty of space as well. There was a big circle driveway that made it easy to get the boat in and out. ...
