'No bedding supplied - this is unacceptable. Listing on Expedia made no mention of this, nor of the extra charge. After making unrefundable booking, owner told me bedding & towels were not included and sent me to a property management website, which had no information on how to order bedding and did not reply to my message. I contacted owner prior to arrival and found that bedding was not available. Owner refused to provide refund. This was the worst experience I've had in over 10 years...

The apartment was very basic - everything was extra, including a second blanket (which we could have used, since we could not understand how to turn up the heat).
