'Rooms are extra big and fully stocked. Scenery inside and outside was beautiful. The cafe inside was a little expensive with their coffee $6 for medium size. Be prepared it can get hot in the rooms and not all of them or most of them dont have air conditioning. You pay extra for that.'

'The rooms were clean, cooled, and comfortable. We brought our two small dogs. They had walking space and bags for cleaning up after the doggy business. A bit apprehensive at first as far as how quiet the stay would be as it was quite busy and the door had a significant gap from the floor. The night’s stay turned out to be very cozy and quiet!'

The carpet was stained, the sheets were dirty, the box spring was also dirty with mystery stains, the bathroom was in poor shape with loose tiles just sitting on the toilet, the coating was coming off the toilet and the shower head was maybe 4.5 ft off the bottom of the tub. Honestly, sleeping in a car would have been better. The A/C didn’t work properly either. Please stay...

'This is an older hotel, so expectations should be par with that. Staff friendly and helpful. A/C is not "per room" but centrally controlled and was set at 66 degrees at night (too cold for me, but they did have plenty of blankets). The "free breakfast" is not at the location, but 4 blocks away at owner's diner. The food there was very good--ate both dinner and breakfast. The breakfast was truly excellent.'

'It's a slice of heaven. Immediately adjacent to Philmont Scout Ranch. Setting is perfect, isolated, peaceful. The innkeeper are exceptional. The Casa is like a villa with rooms arra get around a gracious patio. I hated to leave.'

'No, there was no where to check in and out at. They promised me a refund for an early check out so far never got one. No front desk, phone to call them on don’t work I emailed no response. Expedia tried to reach out they never responded to them for a refund no response. Staff was nice and very friendly. We upgraded to queen beds and only got 2 full size beds. Rooms were clean. When we showed up there was a staff room with a box on the ground out side with my room key in it. '

'Great little place. A large group of us had a variety of the rooms in the facility. Our room with 2 bunks was clean and functional. Worked ok for 2 of us. Would be really tight for 4 people. Nice clean bathroom/shower.'
