'Hard to find parking and valet closes early. Front desk was not helpful at check in and didn’t explain the amenities at all. They did not honor Expedia free drink voucher at stated when I made my reservation. Rooftop bar is very busy and hard to get a reservation or spot at the bar as it is open to the public, but great drinks and views. Room was very nice.'

'Well this property overal is just very good with a incredible pool area with lazy river. Rooms are large and convenient. The beds are a bit (too) soft for my liking. Only downside was that there wasn't any blanket for the sofa bed. Since we noticed it during his bedtime we called the reception desk but the blanket want delivered very soon. Only after calling a second time they promised it would be delivered in 15 minute. They also have an SMS service with which they inform you and ask to...

Veel extra charges: resort fee $30/dag, valet parking $30/dag. Na uitchecken en betaling werd een extra room charge gedebiteerd voor minibar item dat niet verbruikt werd. '

'Leuk hotel met ruime kamers. Geweldige ligging naast gezellig winkelcentrum met leuke boutiques en gezellige restaurantjes. Prima uitvalsbasis voor leuke dagtrips.'

'We came in late after a long delay, we were very tired and had to wait 15 minutes to check in until the next employee would start working, because the employee on duty locked herself out of the system. We just wanted a warm cup of coffee or tea during our waiting time, but there was nothing available. I think a hotel like that should have a coffee/tea station in the lobby.'

'Accomodatie dichtbij het centrum. Te voet is het een flinke 15 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Met de auto ben je er in 2 minuten. Schone bedden en dagelijks schone kamers, maar het is zo gedateerd dat het niet schoon oogt. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. '
