'We booked Misha's Cottage and when we arrived it wasn't ready for us. I reached out to Misha and she was on it right away and quickly booked us into another of her properties nearby. Unfortunately, the new place had about 18 stairs and we had someone who couldn't do stairs, so we had to decline that. 'Quiet country stay conveniently located near Oroville and Chico. Huge lawn surrounded by many different fruit trees available for the picking in season. Informative, friendly, and knowledgeable owners who live on site. One of our very favorite vacation stays. '

'Was close enough to get to Toyota Amp with no issues (actually we got there too soon had to wait in car for a bit). Place was clean - Steven was amazing to communicate with. There were a few glitches (nothing major) which he delt with. Pool area was nice (we however didnt swim as we were out and about a lot). 'We were not originally planning on staying in Middletown but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The Garden House is very comfortable and convenient to many things in town. Linda, our host had special little touches that made the stay relaxing. Number one the shower is amazing! 'We stayed in this beautiful house to attend our daughter's graduation in Chico. Although one hour from Chico, this house had exactly what our family needed for an enjoyable weekend. 'My family and I stayed for a quick weekend and we were thrilled with the abundant space and comfort level of this home! The home was clean and well stocked, very comfortable living room furniture, two full bathrooms and three king size bedrooms. All of us slept well! 'Location was good, nice view, but I didn’t realize highway 20 was just 40 yards below the deck, thus somewhat noisy outside. The host was wonderful, very responsive and accommodating, couldn’t ask for more. There was some dirt on blinds and window sills, but not bad. The neighborhood was ok, a few abandoned homes down the road, but nice homes surrounding the house. Overall a good stay, we went to Blue Lakes lodge to swim the next day, nice… '

'The deck is outstanding - we spent pretty much every moment, from morning coffee to evening cocktails, there. Super great communication with Martine, well-equipped kitchen, and all slept well. Didn't kayak (tho they were there and ready for us), but some of us went swimming and really enjoyed that. Well-appointed home, very comfortable and fun. Thank you, Martine'
