'The owners were incredibly helpful & kind. The apartments were perfect for a short or long holiday. There is an Aldi, Lidl & other supermarkets within easy walking distance. Shower had plenty of hot water, bed was comfortable. Car parking on street was great. About a 20-minute walk to the aqueduct in Segovia, it was easier than trying to park in the city. Air con in the room worked flawlessly. La Lastrilla, is a lovely area, with local shops, bars & restaurants. I rarely go back to the same...

'Looking for a dog friendly hotel in or close to Segovia didnt have much choice. Settled on El Rancho and we were delighted. Forgot to tell them we would have a dog when we booked but the reception staff couldnt have been more helpful. Lovely room on ground floor with a patio door out onto a grassed area was perfect for those middle of the night calls. Continental breakfast had lots of choice'

'Comfortable place in the heart of old town Segovia. we had a little outdoor space where we enjoyed our coffee in the mornings. The owners are lovely and attentive to any of your needs, there was a small charge for parking inside the property which is amazing to have if you have a car as the parking is difficult n Segovia'

'Sitio perfecto para descansar y usar como punto base para moverse por los preciosos pueblos de Segovia. Habitación muy cómoda y silenciosa, para dormir perfecto. Y como premio, el fantástico spa, recién renovado y entero para nosotros 2. Sin duda un sitio 10'

'Hemos pasado un fin de semana con amigos y todo fenomenal, buena ubicación, vistas muy bonitas y los propietarios nos han dado todas las facilidades.La casa está muy completa ideal para grupos grandes y con niños, ya que tienen juegos, columpios y mucho terreno para jugar.'

'El apartamento estaba muy limpio, bien localizado y en general agradable. Ahora vienen los peros, el patio no es utilizable y no hay vistas a las montañas. Las tele apenas se veía por cortes de la señal y No había Netflix (no es que me preocupe mucho pero no lo tenían). La nevera es de las pequeñas y el congelador ínfimo. Es cierto que admiten mascotas pero con un suplemento por limpieza de 10€ diarios. Estuvimos 3 días y no he visto ni rastro de la limpieza diaria.'

'Fantástica casa rural. El salón muy espacioso, las habitaciones cómodas, el jardín maravilloso y bien equipado para su disfrute tanto de adultos como de niños. El personal muy amable y pendiente de nuestras necesidades, comunicación fluida durante la planificación del viaje. Menaje adecuado. Ubicación en un lugar precioso, en plena naturaleza, y como dice el anuncio a 1 hora escasa de Madrid.En resumen hemos pasado un viaje familiar estupendo, y a todos nosotros nos ha encantado la casa.'

'La casa es una maravilla. Muy bien equipada y acogedora. La encontramos calentita a pesar del frío. El anfitrión, Eduardo, muy pendiente en todo momento y accesible a ofrecer cada deseo. Una estancia estupenda.'

"Very lovely hotel, located very centrally in Segovia. Parking was easy and hotel was bigger than we expected. Nice decor, historic building. Felt like a maze sometimes. Staff was very kind and helpful, spoke good enough English. Lobby offered free welcome drinks and some sweets. The room was fine, spacious enough and clean. We were disappointed to get two single bed instead of the double that we requested. No separate shower in the superior room, only shower in bathtub, did have a separate toilet. Room entrance was also outside of the main hotel, so if it rains it could be a bit troublesome. Pool was only accessible for a fee, and even then you had to make an appointment and only get 90 minutes. Gym was very small with a defect airco. Breakfast was fine but very chaotic, half of the time the buffet was almost empty because there were so many guests. Expected a bit more of a 5-star hotel breakfast."
