'Our apartment was great. It was very comfortable and fully functional in a fabulous location of Sevilla. Easy walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, food stores and key sites. And Plaza San Lorenzo was right outside the door. We look forward to staying here again sometime soon!'

'It’s in a very good location, 35 minutes walk from city centre. The host was super helpful as was the cleaning staff. We had two adjoining apartments which gave us a huge amount of space. The building is old and very noisy though, you can hear every time a neighbour opens a tap or flushes the toilet especially at night. The shower flooded the bathroom as the drainage is slow and the door did not seal properly. Bathrooms need a bit of TLC as they feel a little old and I would suggest bigger and...

'I had everything i needed. I only missed an oven, but its probably not practical with a fire alarm in the room. Improvement is larger or more remarkable info/warning stickers for the door entrance and fire alarm as there occurred a few problems with that in the hotel.'

'The room had a severe ant infestation spreading from the washroom to the bed, rendering the room uninhabitable, leading us to evacuate and seek alternative accommodation, after which the host refused a refund.
The issue was reported on the first night, after which a cleaning attempt aggravated the infestation, resulting in ants covering the washroom walls making the washroom unusable for the first night.

'This is a pretty, well-located, well set-up property close to the tourist areas and to restaurants and bars. The room was thoughtfully prepared and the beds were comfortable. The windows and balconies are very nice and the rooftop patio is great. There are lots of well-located electrical outlets.
