'Monica and Paolo were amazing, they are great communicators and their place was spotless and modern, exactly like the pics. We stayed in 5 different places during our vacation in Italy, their’s was the best out of all of them. They sent us a list of recommended restaurants in the area, they also came to pick us up from the ferry, to drop off our luggage in the apartment before the check in time while it was being cleaned, and took us back to the ferry when they knew we wanted to explore Varenna...

'Great location and very clean and modern finishes. Only downside is the steps to get to the unit. Tough for older persons with luggage.'

'Breakfast was good with nice views. To bad there was a highway between the hotel and the lake. A lot of traffic noises made for a les nice experience. Sitting on the balcony or terrace was loud. Room were pretty small with cheap floors and ikea furniture. Shower had mould in it. So overal not worth the steep price in my opinion. '

'The entire stay was fantastic and the staff were all very friendly, occasional trouble with public transport to get up so take this in to account, but other than that it was an excellent week away!'
