'Tub drain was a bit worn. Otherwise great value for a family of 5. Enjoyed this much more than our hotel stays. The kids could run around (supervised) and made some friends. Great layout in the cabin stocked kitchen so you could actually cook and an apartment sized fridge. It was a home away from home '

'Overall, nice place to stay and we enjoyed our visit. Close proximity to the river and was nice to sit by and play in the river. Secluded location that was nice was quiet and peaceful. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and supplies. We enjoyed the clean and good quality gas grilll. We were attacked by the relentless mosquitoes and thankfully the cabin was well stocked with mosquito repellent. I wish there was a bug zapper or screened porch to keep them at bay to enjoy the porch and cool...

'These cute cabins were just right; beds were comfortable and had different pillows to choose from, kitchen had basic items necessary for mealtime, shower was quaint and clean. We enjoyed the swing on the front porch and the hot tub. The Wi-Fi worked great, we never had any issues. The host was helpful and kind. I'm so glad we chose this place and would absolutely stay again.'

'There is road construction through town but it did not take away from the charm or beautiful surroundings. It made walking easier too because the traffic is slow and alllows for crossing the roads. The side walks are still accessible too.'

'Trisha is one of those hosts who has obviously traveled and brought her travel knowledge to her own rental cabin. A large cabinet holds everything one might need! The bed is super comfy, the dark sky is wonderful, the dogs loved it and she has lots of local information! We'll definitely be back!'

'The location was breathtaking and very conveniently located to downtown. The hosts were lovely and we enjoyed our stay. Just know if you book during the summer months that this cabin does not have a/c. We happened to be there during an unusually hot weekend and it was tough to get comfortable the first night. The host did bring us a cooler fan and that did help quite a bit.Overall we loved our stay and would book here again. '

'This large house was very secluded, just what we wanted. The photos for the listing does not due justice. It was large enough to have a small family reunion. The host (Bill) was awesome and was very responsive when contacted. Our only issue was the pool. According to the host he recently lost his pool maintenance help. Having a pool of our we knew what needed to be done and the host allowed access for any supplies and was quick to lend a hand. Overall, we could not have had a better...

'We had such a wonderful stay at this house. There was plenty of room for our family of four and then some. The views were of the San Juan River while hanging out in the hot tub were fabulous. The house is very cozy in a nice quiet neighborhood off of the main highway - so no noise. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. My only issue, which wasn't a big one, was that the doors to the master bath are barn doors that don't lock but that wasn't big at all. Loved loved this place and would...

'The loft is a quite a unique place. Nestled in the heart of down town pagosa, this spot is a gem. Four bedrooms, and 1 bath with another restroom just down the hall. It was close to both springs and shops and restaurants. I would recommend to anyone who wants close access to down town with out the spring prices. '
