'The townhouse was very large and comfortable. The place was very clean and was great that you were able to use the omni pool! Great value !'

'We've been coming to the cabin for a few years and enjoy our stays immensely. The kids can ride bikes, roam and wade on the campground roads and river. Location is fantastic - convenient to Littleton (great restaurants and shops), Bethlehem (Rek Lis Brewery) and some of the best hiking in NH. Minutes from Mt Washington, Santa's village, Appalachia trail head and Zealand/Crawford notch. Far from the crowds in Conway and Lincoln but close enough to visit. '

'Great family vacation. The property is perfect for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out or be together. Ben is attentive and very responsive when something comes up. Rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay but the pool was so much fun for all. '

'Beautiful place and wonderful area'

'The house is absolutely great, very comfortable/practicle and nicely styled. Very complete equiped.The location is perfect, the view wonderful. The support from Ben (remotely via email) was very useful, our TomTom navigator had some difficulty to find it. All in all : fantastic !'

'This was a great cabin to stay in. Surprisingly there was air conditioning available. The hot water is on demand so takes some getting used to, but worked great. The access to ATV trails is behind the cabin and thru the campground. A little hard to find but the individuals across the street were very helpful. The cabin came with everything you would need to cook dinner. We did bring a small grill for outside. Overall a great stay and would love to come back. '

'The cabin has a comfortable & spacious living room with large tv. & games. The kitchen is beautiful & well equipped. The bedrooms have comfy beds & nice furnishings. The whole place is tastefully decorated in cabin decor. We loved the outdoor space overlooking the river! You can access the river from the cabin or walk down a short trail to the falls & deep pool of water. You can swim, tube & fish there. The area has many attractions, hiking trails, waterfalls, shopping, breweries & eateries,...

'Great house! Family room has a pellet stove and a comfy couch which was cozy in the mornings and evenings! The “porch” which is all enclosed and has the game tables is also really neat…it does require you buying wood and starting up the wood stove out there which was really easy but just something to be aware of! It’s really close to lots of great restaurants, we ate at Munroe’s for breakfast which was excellent and there are a bunch of places in Bethlehem which is less than 15 minutes away!...

'Cabin was immaculate & fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Views were breathtaking. About 15 min from the town & directly on trail system. The only thing that could have made this rental better was access to a washer & dryer - there was not one on site. We already can’t wait to come back! '

'Spectacular location right on the First Connecticut Lake. House had everything we needed: comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, kayaks, puzzles and games, grill and sunny deck. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Eould definitely stay here agsin.'

"What a lovely motel – exactly what we were looking for! It’s clean, there’s a beautiful and well-maintained pool with toys, and we really appreciated being able to park right outside our door. We received a warm welcome. We arrived a little early, but luckily a room was already available. It was great that they were so accommodating. The souvenir selection was a nice touch! There are plenty of dining options nearby. Mt. Washington is easily accessible from the motel. We had planned to take the train up to the Mount Washington Observatory Deck, which was a fantastic experience. We truly enjoyed our stay here! Greetings from the Netherlands. 🇳🇱"

"Left with mixed feelings. We were friendly greeted. The room was fantastic. Clean, spacious, excellent bed and shower. The scenery of the lobby and backdrop of the mountains is stunning. We decided to have dinner at the hotel. The staff was very friendly but probably understaffed. It took a very long time to get the order in and adter the first course it took about 30 minutes for the second. We didn’t mind too much but there was a guy sitting next to us who waited equally as long just to make his order. We simply didn’t see any staff for 30 minutes at all. The food was average to be honest. I had their signature burger which was very dry and tough to swallow. The fries very salty. Not great, not bad. Dessert was good on the other hand. There was a mixup with the bill (we got it from another table) so had to walk to the counter. Honest mistake and was solved quickly and friendly. Next morning we decided to checkout first and then stay for brunch. There was nobody at the counter and there was a sign to simply drop the keys so we did. We went over to the breakfast/dinner area. We ordered drinks first which again took a long time time to arrive. You could tell she’d forgot because when she returned to take our food order she noticed we hadn’t received our drinks. The food was okay, and not expensive. I received our invoice during breakfast which stated a weird charge so had to go to the counter to sort that out. It was yet another mistake. Staff is friendly yet many mistakes. "
