'This was my second 2-week stay at The Urban Hotel. I can tell you that, as someone who grew up in the UK and now lives in the US, this hotel makes the best chips I have ever had! The tea is decent. Breakfasts are great. And, even though the dinner menu is somewhat limited, it is all very, very good. A typical dinner costs less than $10 and will fill you up for sure. The room was good enough. 'By far the best place I’ve stayed in in Kitwe. Green and beautiful, great food, they even have a gym and sauna even though for some strange reason they don’t mention it in their amenities section. '

'The facility is good and rooms are nice but no adequate resources to combat the power shortage in country. When there’s no power, the rooms are not well ventilated '

'Comfortable stay. Food was not the best but it was OK. Breakfast was good. Kettle in the room did not work and there was no sugar for morning coffee but these are small things. I have been visiting Sherbourne since 2005 and it's always comfortable. '
