The bathroom is downstairs, so if you frequent the bathroom multiple times at night the ladder could get tricky. '

'We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cottage in Burton on the Water! It's beautifully located in a quiet area of the village, but very close to the centre with all the shops and restaurants. A perfect spot to explore the Cotswolds, with beautiful walks, but also a really nice cottage to sit back and relax, catch up on reading and sleeping after busy times. Dawn was very kind and made sure everything was perfect. We hope to be able to come back!'

'A very charming convenient place. It’s definitely a very old building, so be prepared for that. Low door frames that my 6’3” husband had to constantly duck for. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were updated. Overall a pleasant stay. '

'The house lies behind other houses but is, I think, only a few years old. The atmosphere of the hous is very nice and in the kitchen there is enough of everything (i.e. 12 knifes in stead of 4 because it is a 4 person house).. The shower is fabulous.. The supermarket is only a 2 minute walk away.'

'We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage. The location was so convenient -literally just steps away from groceries, restaurants, pubs and shops. There is designated off-street parking. The kitchen and bathroom are updated and nicely furnished. And the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Cotswolds. '

'Spacious, well maintained, and ideally situated for a Cotswold experience. Located in peaceful, rural environment. The owner was obliging and an excellent communicator. Can’t recommend enough. '

The property is of a very high standard in terms of interior decor and quality appliances etc. We enjoyed using the facilities of Lower Mill Estate and cooking meals in the home. The outdoor space was lovely too as well as plenty of bathrooms. '
