'I own an oil company and I sent my workers there as a treat. Since it Hamptons are always a nice hotel. The lady at the front desk was absolutely horrible treated them like garbage. These guys are very good workers and excellent people along with good net worth She treated them like a biker gang had just arrived it was concerned about the room and what would happen a bunch of things it was super unprofessional not happy about it'

'There was no water in the pool there is no restuarant at the hotel, the carpet had a hugh stain on it, I had to call a number at the desk to get anyone to come to the desk.And the door card wouldn't work so I had to go back to the office, he fixed the card and walked back to the room to make sure it worked. The curtains were a mess half of them weren't hung right. I wont stay there again'

'Motel opgebouwd uit zeecontainers. 1 kamer bestaat uit twee containers, dus veel ruimte. Bedden okay. We hadden de i druk dat dit met name als onderkomen dient voir mannen die in de buurt werken, prima verder. Rustig gelegen, goed voor een overnachting op doorreis. Ik zou hier niet langer willen blijven, want in Big Lake is sws niks te beleven.'

'The room appeared to be fairly clean. However everything was just off. The sheets had not been changed. There were food crumbs, stains and hair all over them. The internet WiFi was only available for an hour. The towels and wash rags looked like several oil workers had uses them and then they were just rinsed out. We left and didn’t even come back for the second night.'

'Even though the staff was nice and professional, the hotel rooms and the hotel in general were run-down. The rooms we stayed in had dirty walls, and the mattresses were as hard as rocks. A little paint goes a long way. The staff was super nice; it's just that the hotel was very outdated. We had to stay there due to no vacancy at the other hotels in Big Lake. I probably wouldn't stay here again if it were an option. '
