'The property is absolutely beautiful!! The hobbit house is definitely the coolest place I’ve ever stayed! Hosts were friendly and easy to work with. Beds comfy, house was very cozy and unique! Make sure to sign the journal and look for the treasure box and ring!'

'This worked great for us. We had 5 people staying, 4 players and a caddie. Our tee times were spread over the entire day. Thursday we had 8:00, 10:20, 11:50 and 2;00 and the second day 8:00, 12:00, 1:20 and 2:20. So the late ones got to sleep in. Pretty much just sleeping and a shower was all we needed '

'Nice home in a nice location. We were in town for a Sioux City Musketeers Futures camp and were only 10 minutes away from those events. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Sioux City. '

'This place offers all that you need for a brief stay in Wayne. The history of the property is interesting and the decorating is homey. Location is perfect and convenient for walking down the Main Street. The hosts are accommodating and offer good communication.'

'Overall the stay was just fine and was what I expected. I was a little concerned after I had sent a couple of messages to the owner and I didn't hear back but eventually I did and all went well, check in was also easy. I would have been nice to better understand that there are two units in this house. I did read there were shared spaces but wasn't really sure what that meant until we got there and there were two units. To be clear, we had our own secured unit. Beds were clean and...

'Property was as described and right in the heart of Sgt. Bluff. Easy process of checking in and excellent communication with Owner. Fenced yard for dogs was a plus! '

'As my title says.... the pictures dont do the property justice. The interior is tastefully decorated, the kitchen has every pot, pan, and cooking utensil a guy could ask for. The bed is quality. The only thing that I believe is missing, is a couch. There is a chair and a loveseat.It would be nice to lay on a couch and watch TV.'
