'the house has ample room and amenities with a great screened-in porch and large kitchen. very clean and nicely decorated. peaceful neighborhood. everyone was extremely comfortable and beds are comfortable. our 3-year old grandson was so excited to see hundreds of fireflies at dusk in the yard. everything was well thought-out and we loved that the kitchen is so well equipped. '

'The host was very accommodating. Very nice place to stay. The only thing I would change is the upstairs bathroom fan was loud for those staying in the upstairs rooms. Other than that I would highly recommend and will be staying again if I get to Madison. '

'We had a nice getaway for three generations of our family. Great bonus of being so close to the bike trail. We enjoyed being out in the quiet, but close enough to find plenty of restaurants, mini golf, escape room, etc. Loved the sun room and the space to play games and do puzzles. '

'The house is great and the facilities in the house were well-functioning, and the dish washer saved us much time. The neighborhood is quiet and great views. We enjoyed our stay.'

'The cabins looked small from the outside, but we're actually very spacious we didn't feel cramped everything was very clean there was a full kitchen a table big enough to sit at least four. I think the only thing that wasn't 100% perfect was the beds are a little small they were stiff and the pillows were also very small and serviceable. I would still definitely stay there again 100% and would recommend it to everyone!'

'Stunning house and property near Talesin and The House on the Rock. Nestled in a mature landing of trees with beautiful vistas off the back porch. Kitchen and pantry are stocked with the necessities. Lots of space for groceries and beverages. Kitchen table or the back porch is where we gathered for coffee. Lots of birding, natural life readily viewed from every room. Two bathrooms were available, although one is in the master suite. Plenty of towels and bedding available. Very comfortable home...

'Fantastic visit! Since it rained for most of the weekend, we weren’t able to explore much but the grounds were beautiful. Check in was smooth, all the appliances worked. Check out was easy which made it very stress free. We’ll definitely be back! '

'Perfect lake house, for our family with 3 teens. House was great and lots of communication from owner via email and binder. We did all the lake stuff.. paddleboard, kayak, swim, fish and it was perfect. My favorite was floating in the water and reading on the dock. According to the notes and reviews, upstairs loft and small bedroom were quite warm but it was also August and very hot outside. Otherwise a comfortable retreat. 'This property was a very fun stay for our family with the kiddos! Great location for a day trip to Madison and also visited New Glarus. 'Cute little house that feels a lot bigger than it is! Wonderful large windows and high ceilings. Full kitchen was great-we cooked all of our meals the whole week for 5 people. Very comfortable house in a quiet and convenient location.'

'This was our second time staying at this property. The outdoor space is great. There is a big deck where we ate all our meals. There was yard space to run around and play. And best of all the river was sandy so it was great to wade into with the little ones. And there was a sandy area where they could play. We used the canoe to paddle around the river as well. '
