'This is a clean, spacious & quiet basement apartment w/big windows & view. It was reasonably priced, in a great location & perfect for our needs. There were nice touches, like water bottles in the fridge & microwave popcorn & snacks on the kitchen counter left for us. We loved having a large sectional to relax on. The kitchen was well stocked & had a table that could seat up to 6 people (although, for some reason there were only 5 chairs). Our stay was for a funeral but we spent one evening...

'The Host is very nice! Instructions are simple and precise.. Also: It has easy access to HAFB and to freeways. We went in for a funeral and it was perfect for 6 adults. The place is very clean and comfortable and the beds were great. It is a condo on the first floor. We could hear upstairs neighbors, getting up in the morning but otherwise ok. We do not smoke or vape but the neighbors upstairs did sit on the staircase and did just that and threw their cigarette butts on the floor below.I hope...

'Greenish Acres was a great location for my family during our trip to Utah. It was located close to many amenities in Northern SLC such as Pineview reservoir and ski resorts such as Snowbasin. The place was well stocked and the kitchen was great. Host was very welcoming in answering questions and check in/out was very smooth and easy. Would highly recommend the place and stay there again.'
