'I had a Highland Games competition down in Greentop and ended up staying here alone - it was perfect andi would have been even more fun as a girls weekend! Place was clean, granola was DELICIOUS, neighborhood was quiet, bed was comfy. Unwound with a little Sinatra and Joplin on the turntable. The place is exactly as described. I would 100% stay again. As others have mentioned the bathroom is ground level so if you have to pee 2-3/night like this old lady does, if you can take the little bedroom...

'The cabin was perfect for our weekend hiking trip. The cabin was just as advertised and the host was very responsive with any questions I had. We cooked three delicious meals on the blackstone while enjoying the beautiful view of the river. We would definitely book this place again. '

'Great place to stay! Well kept, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, set in the countryside. You have everything you need. Right off one of the main hwys. Close to town. We could not have picked a better place to stay!We were there researching cemeteries for ancestors and had great success! '

'Very nice place that was very clean and up-to-date. Offers lots of places to enjoy family. Nearby Lake Rathbun is beautiful with great fishing, this house has large outdoor fire pit with seating and large picnic table with umbrella and a wrap-around deck. Inside is cosy and comfortable. It’s a great getaway place!'

'Pam and Wayne were friendly, accommodating hosts, their property is bucolic and the cottage was smartly styled and cozy. We didn't have tons of time to explore the surrounding scenery, but we did a lil romp in the woods, played Frisbee on the lawn, dug around in the sandbox and made use of a puzzle and children's books in the cupboard. The kitchen was well outfitted, beds comfortable and nights quiet. We'll definitely keep in mind next time we return to visit family.'

'Friends trip and accommodations worked out great. Easy check-in and check-out. Pool has a little privacy fence so you truly feel like you are out there on your own, surrounded by nothing but nature. Was very happy with how well kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and various kitchen appliances. Floor is finished cement which was actually really nice for in and out of the pool, didn't have to worry about making carpet gross & wet. Do recommend bring your own floaties and a shade...

'Randy was very responsive to some short time frame changes and able to accommodate our requests without hesitation. Although as the original renter I was not able to make the trip my siblings and their spouses were. They were quite impressed and humbled by the hospitality. Wow they were made to feel right at Home.
