'Wish we could have stayed longer! Booked this little gem for a 1-night stay during our adventures of driving the California to Oregon Coast. The details for the layout and fitting all the amenities into this small cabin were well thought out! We would 100% recommend and stay again if we are in the area. '

'We really enjoyed staying here, would definitely come back. Location was perfect for beaches and the Redwoods. There is literally no view from the windows and it got a bit hot but compared to the pros those are nit picking. Loved the area and the apartment :)'

'Wonderful place! Block and a half from the beach. Excellent location to accessing both Redwood National and state parks. Highly recommend staying here.'

'We enjoyed our visit and the cookies that were waiting for us when we arrived. The house is walking distance to the Smith River and a quick drive to Jedediah Smith State Park not to mention several other great trails. The large wall map in the cabin was very helpful to find local spots to explore. We all (dogs and humans) enjoyed the large yard with fire pit.'

'Family get together of 10 adults, spanning 3 generations (ages 22-87). The house was perfect, with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, so everyone felt they had their personal space and privacy. At the same time, the kitchen and dining room were enormous with large windows that framed this incredible view (the forest and riversunset stunning!)Note that the outdoor space was lovely too, lots of chairs where you can sit, enjoy your wine/beer/mineral water along with the stunning view. 'Great location for visiting the Redwoods. Also wonderful for just sitting on the deck watching the Smith River roll by. House was very comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and quality cookware. Lots of condiments and staples available as well. Hosts were lovely. '

'Used this place for a couple nights exploring the Redwoods National and State Parks. Was great to use a base for exploring as it had a built in bathroom compared to other options with communal bathrooms. Location was easy to find right off the highway. Shower and other utilities worked great, just were a bit small but that is nitpicking. There was a weird smell when I first got there but used an air freshener and it cleared right up. Overall happy with my experience! '
