'Value for money, great location between the centre and close to the Costanera. The staff is absolutely outstanding, friendly and helpful. The swimming pool had a repair of some broken windows, but they showed us a second pool. It did lack a bit of furniture though. Well equipped gym. Breakfast was okay (savoury, sweet, fruits, eggs made on order). The hotel should improve the WiFi, we received passwords for 3 networks, except for the one network which was actually stable.'

'Hotel muito bonito, porém, muitos pontos para melhorar: - Nos banheiros não havia nenhum lugar para colocar as toalhas (nem de rosto, nem as de banho). Tb não havia saboneteiras... a pia é de madeira e já haviam manchas de sabonete dos hóspedes anteriores. - No café da manhã, frios ficavam sem refrigeração. 'Very good place to stay. The room was big and clean and comfortable. There are complimentary teas, but also, everything you need to make mate (cup, herb, spoon, kettle). I got to make and drink my first mate at this hotel, so the experience was a special one for me. There is a large pool outside, and plenty of parking. The cute friendly dog was a nice little bonus too. Would absolutely stay here again.'
