'Let's start with saying that this hotel is good value for money and the views over Lago Argentino are great. The location allows you to walk to the town center in 35 to 40 minutes, but a taxi only cost 2000 ARS. The rooms are a nice size. Ours had an extra 1 person bed, but some also have a sitting corner. Unfortunately we didn't get one of the rooms with balcony, although the strong prevailing winds probably would lessen the use. The bathroom was also a good size. Unfortunately there is no...

'Het hotel is erg verouderd. De badkamer is heel basic , alleen een shampoo en conditioner. Geen douchegel of zo . De bedden zijn voorzien van heel dunne dekentjes. Als het koud is zijn er gern extra dekens. De witte sprei op bed was vies. Het internet was slecht. Heel traag of zelfs geen verbinding. Het hotel drasgt 4 sterren , maar is het niet waard. Ontbijt wel goed.'

'El Chalten ligt mooi tussen de bergen en dit hotel ligt in het wat rustige gedeelte aan het einde van het dorp. Veel hout, goed onderhouden, fijn en kundig personeel. Goed restaurant maar keuze voor diner was niet groot. Ontbijt goed uitgebreid en lunchboxen zijn te koop voor de dagtochten die je zeker daar gaat maken. '

'I LOVED this little bungalow! Cute kitchen with everything needed to stay in and cook, comfy bed, nice size bathroom. I super loved that the hostess asked me to please check in with her as I left to hike and when I returned so she knew I was safe. As a solo traveler, that meant a whole lot to me and my family back home!'

'Excellent hôtel. Staff are all exceptional and very knowledgeable. We stayed there towards the end of the season but still plenty to do. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, allowed us late checkout with no charge but also gave us great recommendations for hikes and activities. Highly recommend. '

'No value for money. The location is quite far from town, but there complimentary shuttle service is great. They really need to clean the pool, as in the sunlight you see a lot of stuff floating in the water. Our room was located above a service building, so we had quite some noise on our room and in the morning, the cleaning staff would enter the hall way right next to our room, waking us early. The breakfast is very limited on savoury food'

We saw the staff with 3 persons sitting and having their own food. When asked for what we missed, the faced looked bored and only stood up like a minute later. It wassen't that late during breakfast so is wasn't the end off breakfast yet. My advise would be to look constantly what is missing at the breakfast buffet so...

"Very welcome from the start we came in at the reception. Nice excursion offert. The only thing that can be better is the service at the breakfast. A lot of things weren't filled. We saw the staff with 3 persons sitting and having their own food. When asked for what we missed, the faced looked bored and only stood up like a minute later. It wassen't that late during breakfast so is wasn't the end off breakfast yet. My advise would be to look constantly what is missing at the breakfast buffet so guests don't miss anything. "
