'First thing I like to say is that this was one of my best vacations in Nicaragua. My family loved the house and the staff. The location of the house is what we were looking for which is secluded, private and quiet. Nelson who is the property maintenance man was great and very friendly. He connected us with horseback riding on the beach which my family loved. If you are into hiking and off road driving this is the location for you. I would definitely stay at this location again.'

'La atencion fue de lo mas excelente... La persona que cuidaba la casa nos dio informacion para poder disfrutar nuestra estadia y lo cual fue asi. Lo unico malo es que no todos los cuartos estaban disponibles y el AC no funcionaba en algunos.. pero es algo que tiene solucion. Es un lugar que regresaria sin pensarla dos veces. Me encanto la cercania de la propiedad a la playa y el espacio. Lo recomiendo 100%.'

'We stayed on the property 5 days, there were 4 of us. The property is as described, several entrances but if you rent the entire thing, not a problem, I do see a problem with noise if you have to share the property with another party. Everything was well stocked, there is a multiple booklet explains how things work and just some good notes on the property. We were not able to cook or heat up any food so make note of that, perhaps a microwave would be a good addition. The AC units leaked but...

'I was a little disappointed that's a beach front resort does not recommend swimming in the ocean because they say it is unsuitable. Also, where I stayed, there was some construction going on. '

'Do not stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation, but they let me in anyway. The room they gave me had ants crawling all over the bed. They made a half-hearted attempt to spray the floor, but they ran out of bug spray. I told them I would make it work because it was almost midnight and I had just arrived from the US. I sent the staff out of the room and actually sprayed the bedsheets with insect repellent! It worked, as I was able to sleep (in my clothes) and the...

'Fantastic host, staff and place. I had problems with vrbo app while booking but John Paul did an excellent job fixing ever for me. Beautiful place , views and location. Short walk down the beach to several good restaurants. We were there early in the week and the beach was almost deserted. I imagine it’s a lot busier on the weekends. Will definitely be back to visit again. '

'Me and ny 3 kids had best time, my love it, they want to stay longer which is hopefully next will definitely stay longer oh yes the most i love about is its so peaceful, i enjoy a lot listening sounds of the ocean 😌 and also we enjoyed Doña Dolores ( the lady who works there ) she is amazing and she those cook a good meal for Us everyday, we love her. And the Owner of the house Miss, Christine she is very friendly and very welcoming. Thank you so much for everything hopefully see you soon '

'The house was super comfortable and well equipped. It’s a short walk to the beach and uncrowded surf spots. The kitchen was user friendly and thoughtfully appointed. We loved it, we’ll be back!'

"Eén nacht verbleven i.v.m. een hele vroege ochtendvlucht. Prima hotel: schoon en netjes. Het restaurant was nog gesloten voor ontbijt maar ik kreeg en ontbijtbox mee. Voor de luchthaven hoef je alleen maar de weg over te steken. Dit hotel is een aanrader! "
