'If one is interested in "glitz", the Oloffson is not your place. It is very full of history (read Graham Greene's The Comedians, set here during Duvalier years). The place and rooms are unique, clean, certainly functional and with fascinating grounds.'

'Conveniently located near the airport. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were basic but very clean. Good restaurant at reasonable prices. Breakfast was included and more than OK. Next stay in Port-au-Prince will definitely be again in the VIsa Lodge. '
