'Overall, the property is better equipped than I expected. Breakfasts should be referred to as a " Continental". Housekeeping did not come by for the three days I was there.'

'The staff we encountered were a great crew!! Very friendly and accommodating!! The hotel is under remodeling but we didn’t encounter any obstacles or noise. My suggestions for making this a 5 stars - The bathroom area needs a couple of towel bars. There was only a double hook on the door. A little landscape maintenance is needed. A quick vacuum in stairways to show off that new carpet. If in the area - would certainly suggest to anyone to book a room here!!'

'Glad we discovered this gem. It was our first time at this classy inn in what appears to be a leafy uptown neighborhood within easy walking distance to a hip downtown area. Friendly co-owner, beds were comfy and the delicious breakfast was more than we could finish. I'm recommending this spot and looking forward to making a point of returning next time we're passing through!'

'David and Inez rock! They are absolutely the finest 2 individuals my wife and I have ever met. We really enjoyed our engaging converstions with them every day we stayed at the Squirrel's Nest. Their home became ours and we were treated with kindness, grace and a really nice time that will never be forgotten! Jeaneen and I will never be able to thank you two enough for the most wonderful time we spent with you guys!'

'We stayed in the 3rd floor penthouse, which had an amazing view of the river and was a great fit for our family of 4. David and Inez were such sweet hosts, cooked incredible breakfasts each morning, and truly made us feel like we were staying with friends.'

'We very enjoyed our stay at this a uniques, clean property, the hosts are pleasant, we had enjoable conversations with hosts and the breakfast was excellent. Location are very conveinent it direct into downtown area. Hosts refered us some restaurant that were very good, we think without they told us, we would not able to find such good food. '
