Once we got there, we could not figure out which room was ours or where the room was as nobody was there and the doors had no signage. After contacting the host, they were able to point us to the right door for our rooms. The place is pretty rundown but we decided to give it a shot. The power went out about 2 hours later but...

'Unfortunately the location showed the apartment was located at Playa Bonita but it is actually located in Chumical which is 20km away. We were advised by friends who reside in Playa Bonita, whom we wanted to stay close to, that taxis/Uber’s dont go to Chumical and the area is for “adventurous” travelers so we forfeited our non-refundable booking. The host offered a different date but this didn’t resolve the above concerns. '

La habitación es acogedora, cómoda, y tiene todo lo que se necesita para estar cómodo y satisfecho, la decoración es muy bonita y me sentí con mi propia libertad y con mi privacidad total también a la misma vez. 'The was not working in one of the rooms so we had to call personal to help. There was no extra toilet paper for 5 nights stay. Only the half roll that was in the bathroom. We asked for it and were told that there was TP in the cabinets but there wasn’t any. We had to use napkins provided by desk personal the bed linen could use a little care.
