'My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Tern Cottage. It was very comfortable and had everything you would need for a longer stay (washing machine was particularly useful). We were really pleased to be moved there after the flat we had booked was dirty and stank of cigarette smoke. That flat should not be on your books.'

We are both in our mid 70's and my wife having had recent back surgery had a lot of difficulty climbing and descending 4 flights of very narrow stairs. Even I had trouble with them and I do not have big feet but I had to go down sideways. I am surprised they meet building standards. 'Mayaro was a great cottage to stay in. We booked last minute and Inspire were great at getting it organised, and the welcome pack was lovely to find especially as we booked within 48 hours of arrival. Some owners don't bother anymore which is is shame so it was lovely to find welcome bits. The cottage is lovely and cosy, two good sized bedrooms and the best equipped kitchen I've ever found! It's an annex to the house, but we didn't hear the owners next door - and hopefully we didn't disturb...

We found it was in a great location for local days out and it was convenient to have the small village shop within walking distance.
