'This property is in an excellent location for visiting the Historical Naval Yards and related attractions. The property was very clean and quiet. My only "complaint" is that the washer-dryer machine took several hours per load. I strongly recommend staying here!'

'Quiet, modern apartments in the middle of a busy city. Well equipped and comfortable. Parking is difficult in the nearby streets so well worth paying for a parking space.'

It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

'Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. 'We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great — peaceful, yet close to everything (busstop 2 minutes away). What made our stay even better was the owner: incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help if we had any questions. You can really tell they care about their guests. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!There is a balcony which you can see at the photos....

"De locatie van het hotel is geweldig. Zowel aan de voorkant als achterkant van het hotel vind je alles waarvoor je naar Brighton gaat. Kamers zijn ruim en bieden precies wat je nodig hebt. Badkamer kent wat achterstallig onderhoud en van de bedden mag je een hogere verwachting hebben. Al met al prima voor twee dagen. "
