Frendly and fast check-in Location town center , with free parking and nearby to allmost all amenities, shops, restaurant etc within short walking distance. Highly recomend to stay. Disatisfaction - bathroom light very dim and rather dark.During booking was made Hotel,com mention Wifi service available on the premise, but it was the otherwise upon check-in'

"Wonderful location and good service. Such a kind and helpful staff. Minor points: bed is too short and too soft. Price is too high for what you get. They are eco minded although the rooms are not insulated at all. In my opinion insulating the rooms would make a major difference. Way more than not using straws or plastic bottles. "

"Nice place to stay on Perhentians, everything you need is available at the Barat, or a small walk to the next beach. The food options were good, really liked the BBQ. Family sea front chalet was nice, airco and fan helped to cool down. View was a bit obstructed by the restaurant terrace. "

"We liked the hotel and enjoyed our day in Kota Bharu. But later in the evening we were thirsty and couldn´t get anything to drink from the machine because no cash and no visa. As a foreigner we couldn´t use the app they suggested to use. When I asked at the reception, she just laughed and that was it. No help on getting something to drink :( It was hot and humid as ever, not fun to be thirsty all night. At least she could have offered some help or made a suggestion on where to find some water.."
