'The residency is not what is advertised. The electrical is very poor, very cheap plastic and potential for shocks. No hot water and when asked to use hot rod, the socket is very high and does not reach the bucket. Have to heat the water in bed room and take to bathroom. '

'The property is small, activities are limited, and equipment (bicycles, football, pool etc) aren't maintained in the best condition. Rooms are clean and food decent. Staff are very nice and helpful though. '

'I only had one night here but I really enjoyed it. The area around the hotel looks like it maybe going to get developed in the future with villas etc so it feels a little strange. But the resort, staff, rooms, food are all as good as anywhere really. Thank you '

Good stay but with an odd experience!!

"The stay was comfortable and the room was good. I wanted to extend my stay by one additional day and neither the reception nor the Duty Manager could help me. It was quite odd as every other similar hotel would have simply added the additional day and closed it. I finally got it done through an online aggregator and my stay was seamlessly extended in the same room. Left me wondering what the issue was in the first place. I wish they had done a better job with this aspect. "
