'My stay was more than pleasant, staff was attentive and very polite specially Deepak was my rock. I had an injury to my hand he went above and beyond to help me through my stay even helped me carry gifts to my team. I would return every year for sure'

'The property seems really old. It's just an average experience. Not a 4 star experience. Seemed expensive but not worth it. Food was okay. Breakfast was okay. Nothing stood out. There is lot of renovation going inside the property so not enough place to walk around Staff was helopul and service was good'

'Had a lovely stay! Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, helping us with various requests. Kimmy at reception arranged an upgrade and late check out with some perks - much appreciated. Housekeeping was amazing!'

'All was perfect Great staff'

'The hotel was very comfortable and the personnel was extremely friendly. Breakfast was good. Dinner was Indian style, so good if you like spicy (not me)'

'Clean, but the state of the room is low quality. Friday and Saturday evenings, there are parties with loud music till 3a.m. Some of the rooms are with terrible view.. looking at another building 3meters away. The staff was very helpful and kind!'

'Like the location, presentation, staff support Lovely restaurants and nice food. Ours was a lovely stay. Suggestion: The swimming pool seems to have a lot of non- swimming activities around the pool- restaurants, party space etc. would be nice if swimmers have a corner/ space and privacy.'

'The stay was comfortable and the room was good. I wanted to extend my stay by one additional day and neither the reception nor the Duty Manager could help me. It was quite odd as every other similar hotel would have simply added the additional day and closed it. I finally got it done through an online aggregator and my stay was seamlessly extended in the same room. Left me wondering what the issue was in the first place. I wish they had done a better job with this aspect. '
