'Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. '

'We had a great stay and a pleasant experience here. The rooms were simple and clean. The host made us feel welcome at their place. Breakfast options were excellent. We felt warm and cozy during our stay. Thank you sir for the UK travel recommendations as well..'

'You only get room cleaning on the 5th night. Other than that stay was amazing! Staff was lovely, security was well Implemented. The room was well equipped with a small kitchen, the bathroom was really small but manageable. Grocery located right around the corner and two train stations are located 6 mins walk away. The breakfast was very minimal but provided. '

'Very clean great location '

'The apartment is great, in a good area, felt very safe for two females. Great views of the river.Its not too far to walk to good tube links into London and to shops and bars etc.Fans in both bedrooms which were def. needed during our stay. The host left some snacks and water/milk in the fridge, which was lovely and12 o'clock check out was a bonus too.Would stay again if I was in the area '

"Everything was great. Although it's a bit out of the central zones, there's a bustop on the front of the hotel, and the hotel is also reachable from the other side of the Thames via Canary Wharf Station and a ferry boat (free for doubletree guests). It is really nice to have breakfast (great, btw) sitting by the Thames with the view of Canary Wharf's office buildings. "
