'We had a wonderful stay at Ipoh Hotel Santorini! Highlights: • The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Special thanks to the young Indian lady at the reception (sorry we didn’t catch your name) — she was amazing and very accommodating. • We booked a room for 5 pax, which was a joint room with a shared bathroom. 'Good sized one bedroom apartment with aircon, ceiling fans, a washer (must bring own detergent), a full sized fridge and hot/cold water dispenser. Booked it with mountain view but next plot of land is being developed for a mall. Not so noisy with balcony doors closed. It's located next to Lost World theme park (linked by sheltered walkway) and two fast food outlets across the road, but no local Asian eatery nearby. I'd been driving out to Bercham & elsewhere for local Asian food which was fine...

'Was here for a few days, the apartments were clean and had good facilities, although if you stay a few days, you'll need to ask for toilet paper or room service. My only negative was the front desk was often deserted, it was only on the last day I was told you could speak to the guard hut in that instance. The location is good, but you must have a car ! Buses and taxis are not easy to go by.'

"Het hotel inclusief de kamers zijn erg gedateerd. We hadden geen toiletpapier en ze vonden het erg vervelend om dat te komen brengen. De uitleg naar onze kamer was zo onduidelijk dat we deze dan ook niet konden vinden. Ergens achteraf was een lift die bijna niet te vinden was. Vanwege deze algehele teleurstelling zijn we een dag eerder weggegaan, "

"Nous avons reçu une première chambre avec un mur rempli de moisissure tout comme la salle de bain. Après avoir appelé la réception, on nous a trouvé une nouvelle chambre dans un état beaucoup plus propre et sans moisissure très rapidement. Le service et le personnel sont vraiment au top mais il manque de l’entretien et la chambre initialement prévue était vraiment dans un état déplorable. "
